These Terms of Services govern access to and use of the NeoRoofer website, along with any account, form or messaging service offered through it. Using the site means accepting these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

Who May Use the Site

The site is meant for adults who are at least eighteen years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Information submitted must be accurate, current and belong to the person submitting it.

About the Service

NeoRoofer offers information about residential roofing work and a way to request a roof inspection, repair or replacement. Site content is general in nature and does not replace an inspection of a specific roof.

  • Any estimate is based on conditions found during an inspection.
  • Scope, pricing and timing are confirmed directly before work begins.
  • Hidden damage found during a job, such as soft decking, may change the scope.
  • Weather may affect when work can safely take place.

Accounts and Security

Account holders are responsible for keeping login details private and for all activity under their account. NeoRoofer may suspend or close an account that appears to be misused, inaccurate or used in breach of these terms.

Text Messages and Consent

Where consent is given on the sign up form, NeoRoofer may send service and marketing text messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP returns assistance details. Standard message and data rates may apply, and frequency may vary.

Acceptable Use

Visitors agree not to misuse the site. That includes:

  • Submitting false or misleading information, or details that belong to someone else.
  • Attempting to access accounts, systems or data without permission.
  • Interfering with the operation or security of the site.
  • Copying site content for commercial use without written permission.

Content and Ownership

Text, images, logos and design on the site belong to NeoRoofer or are used with permission. Nothing in these terms grants a license to use them beyond normal personal browsing.
